AtRosa Morales Art Gallery, we value the quality of our artwork and want every collector to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Because original art and limited-edition pieces require special handling, our return and refund guidelines are outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

1.1 Damaged or Defective Artwork

If the artwork arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  • Notify us within 48–72 hours of delivery.
     
  • Provide photos or video of the damage and packaging.
     
  • We will arrange inspection and provide options for replacement, repair, or refund.
     

1.2 Incorrect Artwork Received

If you receive an artwork that does not match your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
     
  • We will cover return shipping and send the correct item or issue a full refund.
     

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of art sales, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Original artworks sold in gallery exhibitions
     
  • Commissioned or custom artworks
     
  • Made-to-order frames or prints
     
  • Discounted or “final sale” items
     
  • Artwork damaged after delivery due to mishandling
     

3. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  1. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.
     
  2. Artwork must be returned in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
     
  3. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial of the refund.
     

4. Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
     
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
     
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
     

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only when:

  • Artwork arrives damaged
     
  • You received the wrong item
     

Exchanges cannot be offered for preference-based reasons (e.g., change of mind).

6. Shipping Responsibility

  • For eligible returns due to gallery error: we cover shipping.
     
  • For all other approved returns: customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
     
  • The gallery is not liable for artwork lost or damaged during return transit.
     

7. International Orders

International buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
     
  • Import taxes
     
  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
     

Refunds cannot be issued for shipments refused due to customs fees.
